6 oz fresh blueberries
1 lemon, zested and juiced
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup milk

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. You will need an 8-cavity popsicle mold.
  2. In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly between the cavities of the popsicle mold.
  4. Freeze overnight and serve.
