Chilled Mango and Roasted Almonds with FAGE Total Greek Yogurt

Best when mango is in season, this is a lovely fruit dessert, or even a brunch

2 mangos
1/4 cup whole almonds

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Peel both mangos, using a knife or peeler, then remove the flesh from the stone.
  2. Chill in the fridge.
  3. Gently brown the almonds in a pan with the honey.
  4. To serve, dice the mango into a bowl, spoon over yogurt, drizzle honey over and sprinkle almonds on top.
