Chocolate Crème Brulee

A rich chocolate brulee made light with FAGE Total Greek Yogurt

3/4 cup FAGE Total Greek Yogurt
2 cups heavy cream
8 egg yolks
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup any chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Bring yogurt and double cream gently to a boil and remove from heat.
  2. Separate the eggs.
  3. Melt chocolate and add to boiled cream.
  4. Mix egg yolks with sugar and pour over cream mixture.
  5. Return to heat and stir until mixture is thick, do not boil.
  6. Take off heat and pour into 6 ramekin molds.
  7. Chill for 2 hours and glaze with sugar.
