7 oz of lean diced lamb
3.5 oz FAGE Total 2% Greek Yogurt
1 teaspoon of Masala paste
¼ teaspoon cumin powder
Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients together and marinate for 2 hours.
  2. Then skewer the meat onto cocktail sticks and bake in oven until golden brown.

    Additional Notes: Soak cocktail sticks in hot water for 20 minutes before use; this stops them from burning in the oven.
