FAGE Total Greek Yogurt Bowl with Melon, Kiwi and Candied Nuts

1 cup hazelnuts, roughly chopped
1 tbsp granulated sugar
¼ tsp ground cardamom
¼ tsp kosher salt
GREEK YOGURT BOWL:
1 cup FAGE Total, FAGE Total 2% or FAGE Total 0%
¼ cup kiwi, diced
¼ cup honeydew melon, diced
1 tbsp hazelnuts, candied
- CANDIED NUTS: In a medium skillet over medium heat, roast the nuts, stirring often, until golden brown.
- Add the sugar, cardamom and salt, and roast for a few more minutes, until the sugar is caramelized. Transfer to a plate and allow to cool. Store in an airtight container.
- GREEK YOGURT BOWL: Top a bowl of FAGE Total with melon, kiwi and candied hazelnuts and serve.
