FAGE Total® Greek Yogurt and Feta Cheese Grits

1 Cup FAGE Total
1 Cup vegetable stock
1/2 Cup feta cheese
2 Garlic cloves (crushed)
1 Pinch nutmeg (grated)
5 Ounce grits (medium coarse)
1/4 Teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a medium sized sauce pan over a medium heat combine FAGE Total, stock, cheese, garlic, and nutmeg.
  2. Bring to a boil then lower the heat and whisk in the grits. Continue whisking until completely cooked, about eight to ten minutes.
  3. Add salt and keep warm until ready to serve. Serve with a small spoonful of FAGE Total on top.
