Herb-Crusted Chicken and Garlic Sauce with FAGE Total

A new family favorite.

2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 pinch salt
Freshly ground black pepper
½ cup FAGE Total, FAGE Total 2%, or FAGE Total 0%
2½ cups breadcrumbs
4 oz graviera or pecorino cheese, grated
1 sprig of each fresh thyme, oregano and rosemary
1 bunch of parsley
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1½ cups FAGE Total, FAGE Total 2%, and FAGE Total 0%
1 pinch salt
1 lemon, juiced

  1. HERB-CRUSTED CHICKEN: Heat an oiled frying pan. Pan sear the chicken breasts on both sides, after seasoning them well with salt and pepper. Place seared chicken breasts in a baking dish and brush with FAGE Total, coating each breast on both sides.
  2. Destem the oregano, thyme and rosemary, chop the parsley and place herbs in a small bowl. Add the grated cheese and breadcrumbs to the herbs and mix together, then bread both sides of the breasts with the breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Put the breasts on an oiled roasting pan and cook for about 20 minutes, depending on their size, in an oven preheated to 350°F.
  4. GARLIC SAUCE WITH FAGE TOTAL: Coat the garlic in olive oil and roast in the oven at 350°F for about 15 minutes. Put the roasted garlic, FAGE Total, lemon juice, olive oil and salt in a bowl and mix well to obtain a thick sauce.
  5. Drizzle FAGE Total sauce over the chicken breasts before serving.
