Mango Chia Pudding with FAGE Total

Snack with a healthy twist.

1 cup mango juice
1 cup FAGE Total, FAGE Total 2% or FAGE Total 0%
¼ cup chia seeds
2 tbsp honey
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of cardamom
Pinch of salt
4 small serving glasses or jars

Serves 4
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk the mango juice and FAGE Total until fully blended.
  2. Add the chia seeds, honey, vanilla extract, cardamom and salt to the bowl and whisk to combine.
  3. Divide mixture into 4 small serving glasses or jars.
  4. Cover and chill for a minimum of 4 hours, or overnight.
