Red Cabbage Salad and Mustard Dressing with FAGE Total
Fresh, crisp and tangy.
¾ cup FAGE Total, FAGE Total 2%, or FAGE Total 0%
1 tbsp whole grain mustard
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp and 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
3 cups red cabbage, minced
½ large apple, thinly sliced
½ cup raisins, soaked and squeezed
3 tbsp pine nuts
- In a bowl, mix the FAGE Total with the whole grain mustard, lemon juice, salt and olive oil.
- Thinly slice the red cabbage and apple and add to the bowl with yogurt mixture. Add the previously soaked and squeezed raisins to the bowl. Mix thoroughly to combine.
- Serve with a garnish of pine nuts.
