Red Cabbage Salad and Mustard Dressing with FAGE Total

Fresh, crisp and tangy.


¾ cup FAGE Total, FAGE Total 2%, or FAGE Total 0%
1 tbsp whole grain mustard
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp and 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
3 cups red cabbage, minced
½ large apple, thinly sliced
½ cup raisins, soaked and squeezed
3 tbsp pine nuts

  1. In a bowl, mix the FAGE Total with the whole grain mustard, lemon juice, salt and olive oil.
  2. Thinly slice the red cabbage and apple and add to the bowl with yogurt mixture. Add the previously soaked and squeezed raisins to the bowl. Mix thoroughly to combine.
  3. Serve with a garnish of pine nuts.
