Lobster Rolls with Sour Cream

Ingredients

½ cup FAGE Sour Cream

2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

½ teaspoon salt

1 lemon, zested

1 lemon, juiced

1-pound cooked lobster meat, roughly chopped

½ cup celery, diced

1 tablespoon dill, chopped

2 tablespoons chives, chopped

 

4 hot dog buns, toasted

Green leaf lettuce

    Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk sour cream, olive oil, salt, lemon juice, and zest.
  2. Add lobster meat, celery, dill, and chives and toss together.
  3. Serve lobster on toasted hot dog buns with green leaf lettuce on each bun.
