New Recipe: Jalapeno Bacon Sour Cream Dip
Creamy, cheesy, and easy to prepare, this dip will hit the spot! Made with a decadent base of FAGE Sour Cream, crispy bacon and spicy jalapenos, it doesn’t get any more delicious than this.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups FAGE Sour Cream
- 4-ounces package cream cheese
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup red bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped (more for garnish)
- ½ cup jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped (more for garnish)
- ½ cup bacon, cooked and coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons grated lime zest
- ½ teaspoon garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Add all ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix well.
- Place ingredients into an oven safe dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until top is bubbling.
- Garnish with extra bacon, bell pepper and jalapeno. Serve immediately with crackers or vegetables.
