Ice Cream with FAGE Total® Greek Yogurt

Best served with a side of mixed summer fruits

17.6 oz pot FAGE Total Yogurt
3.5 oz fine granulated sugar
4 egg whites
2 tbsp Greek Honey
Squeeze of lemon juice
1 cup double cream

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Whisk together the egg whites and fine granulated sugar until the soft peak stage.
  2. Mix the honey, lemon juice, cream and FAGE Total Yogurt together.
  3. Fold in the egg white mix and transfer to freezer.
  4. Whisk every 30 minutes until completely frozen.
  5. Serve with a selection of mixed summer fruits.
