Raspberry-Lime Yogurt Pops

The refreshingly cool taste of summer


10 ice pops

One 17.5oz container FAGE Total 5%, FAGE Total 2%, or FAGE Total 0%
¼ cup milk
¼ cup honey
Finely grated zest of 1 lime
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
One 6oz container fresh raspberries

Serves 10
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together FAGE Total, milk, honey, lime zest, and lime juice until smooth.
  2. Using a 10 cavity popsicle mold, fill each cavity ¼ full.
  3. Add a couple raspberries to each cavity, and gently tap the mold on the counter to release any air bubbles. Continue layering yogurt mixture and raspberries in each popsicle mold until they are filled. Place cover on mold and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze overnight.
  4. To remove from mold, submerge popsicle mold in cool water just long enough for popsicles to slide out. Serve immediately or place popsicles on a baking sheet and return to the freezer until frozen solid, then transfer to a resealable plastic bag. Store frozen up to 3 weeks.
