Chili Pepper-crusted Lamb with FAGE Total Greek Yogurt


2 three bone racks of lamb

1/2 cup fresh white breadcrumbs

2/3 cup onion, diced

1 red chili, finely chopped

½ clove of garlic, crushed |1/2 cup FAGE Total 5%

Dash of oil

Seasoning to taste

  1. Add a little oil to a non stick pan and heat until very hot.

  2. Sear lamb until golden brown then remove from heat.
  3. Allow pan to cool and fry onion, garlic and chili until soft; add bread crumbs and seasoning, then leave to cool.
    To make this even more delicious, add a teaspoon of mint sauce to the FAGE Total Greek Yogurt.
  4. Season lamb and place onto a roasting tray, then pack bread crumb mixture onto the side of lamb.
  5. Roast until cooked to preference.
  6. Serve with FAGE Total Greek yogurt.

    <br> <br>Additional Notes: This is a fabulous evening meal to share with your friends and family. If you like it spicier, then add chili flakes into the bread crumb mixture.
