Chilled Macaronia "Greek Pasta" with Yogurt Curry Sauce


1 lb 12 oz cooked linguini pasta

2 1/4 cup FAGE Total 5%

4 tbsp curry powder

2 red peppers

1 mango, diced

4 cloves of garlic, crushed

Pinch dried chili flakes

1 tsp cilantro, chopped

2 tsp chives, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Brush the red peppers with oil and grill until black; then place in a plastic bag and seal, which will loosen the skin with steam.
  2. When cool, skin and dice.
  3. Mix the curry powder, mango, garlic, chili, cilantro, chives, red pepper and FAGE Total Greek Yogurt.
  4. Add pasta and seasoning.
  5. Refrigerate, and then serve.
