Citrus-Fennel Slaw with FAGE Total

Ingredients

1 large bulb of fennel, sliced 1/8-inch thin
1 orange, segmented
1 red grapefruit, segmented
½ cup FAGE Total 5%, 2%, or 0%
¼ cup fresh-squeezed orange juice, strained
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp honey
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
¼ cup chopped pistachios

    Steps
  1. In a large bowl, toss the fennel, orange segments and grapefruit together.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the FAGE Total, orange juice, red wine vinegar, honey and ground pepper (reserving pistachios until the end) and pour desired amount over the fennel, orange and grapefruit mix.
  3. Toss well to coat.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and serve
