Crustless Yogurt Quiche

Quiche lovers will love this yogurt spin for a fluffy, protein-packed dish.


Nonstick cooking spray

8 eggs, beaten

1 ½ cups FAGE Total 2% or FAGE Total 0%

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 lb fresh spinach, coarsely chopped or 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed

Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix eggs, yogurt, cheese and spinach until well incorporated and pour into pan.
  3. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the center is firm. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving and salt and pepper to taste.
