Chantilly Cake Berry Smoothie
Ingredients

Creamy whipped yogurt:

½ cup FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%, or BestSelf
⅓ cup heavy cream
1 ½ tablespoons maple syrup or agave
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Shake:
1 ½ cups whole milk or milk alternative
2 cups mixed frozen or fresh berries
1 ripe frozen or fresh banana
1 cup FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%, or BestSelf
2 tablespoons maple syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon almond syrup or extract
Ice (if using fresh fruit, add ice)

Mixed berry puree
Crushed graham cracker

Steps
In a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, slowly whisk yogurt, heavy cream, maple syrup, and vanilla extract for a few seconds until the mixture comes together.
Increase the speed to high and whisk for about 3-4 minutes or until soft peaks are formed. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
Use a dab of maple syrup to wet the rim of a tall glass. Dip the rim into crushed graham cracker.
Spoon whipped yogurt to the sides of the rimmed glasses and add a few tablespoons of the mixed berry puree to the sides of the glass.
In a blender, add milk, berries, banana, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond syrup and blend until smooth.
Pour into the prepared glasses and serve.

1 cup milk or milk substitute

1/3 cup FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%, or BestSelf

3 tablespoons pistachio cream, extra for garnish

½ frozen banana

1 tablespoon maple syrup, honey, or agave

1 tablespoon chocolate chips

1/3 cup kataifi shredded phyllo dough, toasted, more for garnish

Handful of ice (optional)

 

Topping:

Chocolate fudge topping, slightly warmed

Unshelled pistachios, coarsely chopped

Steps
In a blender, add milk, yogurt, pistachio cream, banana, maple syrup, chocolate chips, kataifi, and ice and blend until smooth. Set aside.
In a tall cup, smear chocolate fudge topping and pistachio cream to inside of the cup.
Pour the shake into the prepared cup and garnish the top with extra fudge topping, kataifi, and chopped pistachios.

Steps

Steps
Blend bananas, cashew milk, yogurt, maple syrup, 1 tablespoon of cashew butter, and cocoa powder into a blender and blend until smooth.
Squeeze about 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup onto the wall of each glass. Smear the remaining cashew butter onto the glass and pour the smoothie into the glass. Top with chocolate chips and walnuts. Serve immediately.

Green smoothie:

1 avocado, pitted 

2 frozen ripe bananas, divided

2 cups milk or milk alternative, divided

4 tablespoons agave, honey, or maple syrup, divided

2-3 teaspoons butterfly pea powder

Steps
Blend the avocado, 1 banana, ½ cup milk, and 1 tablespoon agave until smooth. Distribute evenly into 4 tall glasses. Set aside.
Rinse the blender and then add 1 banana, rest of the milk, 3 tablespoons agave, 1 cup of yogurt, and butterfly pea powder and blend until smooth.
Smear the remaining yogurt with the back of a spoon onto the sides of a tall glass to create clouds above the avocado smoothie line.
Add the butterfly pea smoothie to the avocado, clouds smoothie glasses and serve immediately.

Steps
Add the beet, raspberries, pomegranate juice and, honey to the blender and blend until smooth.

Clean the blender and add mango, Cara Cara oranges, yogurt, orange juice, ginger, turmeric, and blend until smooth.
Top the 2 glasses with the mango smoothie and swirl the drink around with a spoon.
