FAGE Total Yogurt and Feta Cheese Grits
1 Cup FAGE Total 5%
1 Cup vegetable stock
1/2 Cup feta cheese
2 Garlic cloves (crushed)
1 Pinch nutmeg (grated)
5 Ounce grits (medium coarse)
1/4 Teaspoon salt
- In a medium sized sauce pan over a medium heat combine FAGE Total, stock, cheese, garlic, and nutmeg.
- Bring to a boil then lower the heat and whisk in the grits. Continue whisking until completely cooked, about eight to ten minutes.
- Add salt and keep warm until ready to serve. Serve with a small spoonful of FAGE Total on top.
