Grilled Sardines with a Lemon and Olive Yogurt Glaze


8 very fresh sardines

8.8 oz FAGE Total 5%

1 lemon, juiced and zested

12 pitted green olives

4 egg yolks

3.5 oz grated mozzarella cheese

  1. Chop olives and mix all ingredients (except the sardines) with the yogurt to make the glaze.
  2. Grill sardines for 3 minutes.
  3. Liberally spoon the glaze over sardines and return to the grill.
  4. Grill until golden brown and serve.
