Tequila Sunrise Poptail

What happens when cocktails collide with smoothies? You get a poptail! Fun, frozen treats to impress the next time you’re entertaining, these tequila sunrise pops are layered with perfection.

Ingredients

Bottom Layer Ingredients

½ cup FAGE Total 0%

½ cup orange juice

1/3 cup peach juice

1/8 cup grenadine

¼ cup ice

1 oz. tequila

1 orange, cut in half and sliced

Top Layer Ingredients

½ cup pomegranate juice

½ cup FAGE Total 0%

2 tablespoons grenadine

¼ cup ice

1 oz. tequila

    Steps
  1. In a blender, mix yogurt, orange and peach juice, grenadine, ice, and tequila until smooth. Pour into a small plastic cup to fill half way. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. Clean blender and mix pomegranate juice, yogurt, grenadine, ice, and tequila until smooth.
  3. Fill the rest of the cups with the pomegranate mixture and freeze for 30 minutes. Pull out of the freezer and then insert popsicle sticks before it freezes completely.
  4. Add Tequila Sunrise Pop to a glass and add prosecco. Serve immediately garnished with orange slice.
  5. Mocktail alternative: Skip the tequila in the popsicle and swap the prosecco with a fruity seltzer water.
