Tiramisu Yogurt Cup with Chocolate Cookies


1 cup FAGE Total 5%

1/2 cup whipped cream

2 tbsp Cointreau

1 cup ready-made espresso

7 tbsp sugar

Chocolate sponge cake – 3 layers per ramekin

Cocoa powder for dusting

  1. Combine FAGE Total Greek Yogurt, whipped cream, Cointreau and sugar.
  2. Put one layer of sponge cake in ramekin, and soak with espresso.
  3. Put yogurt mixture in to fill by one-third, and layer up twice more.
  4. Chill for 1 hour to set.
  5. Dust with cocoa powder. Serve with chocolate chip cookies.
