New Recipe: Greek Yogurt Smoothie Bowl with Honey, Fruit, and Coconut

A tropical bowl of flavor.

 

Ingredients

Smoothie:

2 cups FAGE Total 5%, FAGE Total 2%, or FAGE Total 0%

2 frozen bananas, cut into chunks

2 pouches (200g) frozen açaí puree

1 cup frozen raspberries

2 tbsp honey

 

To serve

½ cup fresh blueberries or raspberries

1 cup fresh strawberries, cut in half lengthwise

1 medium banana, sliced

3 tbsp toasted coconut flakes

1 tbsp bee pollen

 

Steps

  1.  Smoothie: In a blender combine FAGE Total, bananas, açaí, raspberries and honey and blend until smooth.
  2.  To serve: Divide the mixture between 2 bowls, top each with blueberries, strawberries, and banana and sprinkle with coconut and bee pollen. Serve immediately.
