New Recipe: Sweet Potato Toast with FAGE Total

A new take on toast.

Ingredients

1 large sweet potato, wash and dried

Toppings:

FAGE Total 5%, 2%, or 0%

Cucumber

Raspberries

Tomato

Basil

Red pepper flakes

Salt

Pepper

Steps

1.   Slice sweet potato into 1/4 inch long vertical slices.
2.  Turn toaster temperature to high and toast sweet potato until tender (may take up to 12-15 minutes per batch).
3.  Top with your favorite toppings like Fage Greek Yogurt with tomato, basil, salt and pepper, cucumber with red pepper flakes or raspberries.
