Blackberry Scones with FAGE Total

Brighten your breakfast.


3 ¼ cups + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar
6 tbsp butter, melted
1 cup FAGE Total, FAGE Total 2% or FAGE Total 0%
4 tbsp milk
1 ¼ cups blackberries, fresh or frozen
Powdered sugar, garnish

Serves 2
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, sift the flour with the baking soda, then add the sugar and butter and mix. Transfer to a mixing bowl and add FAGE Total. While beating with a mixer, add the milk and berries. Beat until ingredients are compact and form a smooth ball of dough.
  3. Place the dough onto a surface dusted with flour and roll it out to 1 in thick. Cut the dough into 2-in diameter disks. Place disks onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, until puffy and brown.
  4. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
