Frozen Yogurt Bites
Breakfast, snack, or dessert – these loaded frozen yogurt energy bites will fill you up and cool you down. Easily customize each bite to your hearts content!
1 (17.6 oz.) FAGE Total 5%, FAGE Total 2% or FAGE Total 0%
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon low fat milk
Dried goji berries
Dried pineapple chunks, chopped
Dried apricots, sliced
Dried banana slices
- In a medium size bowl, mix Greek yogurt, sugar, and milk until well incorporated.
- On a parchment-lined tray, scoop yogurt mixture and spread to 3-inch diameter circles. Partially freeze for 30 minutes.
- Pull tray out of the freezer and add dried fruit and nuts to each yogurt bite. Place back into the freezer for 2 1/2 hours or until yogurt is completely frozen.
