Frozen Yogurt Bites

Breakfast, snack, or dessert – these loaded frozen yogurt energy bites will fill you up and cool you down. Easily customize each bite to your hearts content!

Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) FAGE Total 5%, FAGE Total 2% or FAGE Total 0%

½ cup powdered sugar

1 tablespoon low fat milk

Dried goji berries

Dried pineapple chunks, chopped

Dried blueberries

Dried strawberries

Dried apricots, sliced

Dried banana slices

Coconut flakes

Hazelnuts

Pumpkin seeds

Cashews

Pecans

Pistachios

    Steps
  1. In a medium size bowl, mix Greek yogurt, sugar, and milk until well incorporated.
  2. On a parchment-lined tray, scoop yogurt mixture and spread to 3-inch diameter circles. Partially freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. Pull tray out of the freezer and add dried fruit and nuts to each yogurt bite. Place back into the freezer for 2 1/2 hours or until yogurt is completely frozen.
