Blood Orange Avocado Salad and Dressing with FAGE Total

Ingredients

BLOOD ORANGE AVOCADO SALAD:
2 blood oranges, peeled and thinly sliced
1 avocado, pitted and sliced
1 small fennel bulb, minced
½ cup black olives, pitted

DRESSING WITH FAGE TOTAL:
¾ cup FAGE Total 5%, 2%, or 0%
½ a lemon, zested and juiced
1 tbsp and 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
3 tbsp chives, chopped

    Steps
  1. BLOOD ORANGE AVOCADO SALAD:
    Mix the oranges, avocado and fennel in a bowl and add the black olives.
  2. DRESSING WITH FAGE TOTAL:
    Mix the FAGE Total with the juice and zest of the lemon, extra-virgin olive oil, and salt.
  3. Combine the salad and the dressing. Add chives and mix thoroughly.
