Ingredients
1 cup FAGE Total 5%, FAGE Total 2% or FAGE Total 0%
3 cups Rotisserie chicken, shredded and coarsely diced
2 cups red grapes, halved
2 medium stalks celery, diced
1/2 cucumber, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons honey
1 ½ teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Mint leaves, julienned
1 head Boston Bibb lettuce, leaves washed and separated

Steps
- In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, chicken, grapes, celery, cucumber, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Scoop chicken salad onto lettuce leaves and garnish with mint. Serve immediately.
