Ingredients
1 lb 12 oz cooked linguini pasta
2 1/4 cup FAGE Total 5%
4 tbsp curry powder
2 red peppers
1 mango, diced
4 cloves of garlic, crushed
Pinch dried chili flakes
1 tsp cilantro, chopped
2 tsp chives, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
- Brush the red peppers with oil and grill until black; then place in a plastic bag and seal, which will loosen the skin with steam.
- When cool, skin and dice.
- Mix the curry powder, mango, garlic, chili, cilantro, chives, red pepper and FAGE Total Greek Yogurt.
- Add pasta and seasoning.
- Refrigerate, and then serve.
