Colorful Fruit Smoothies

Ingredients

Strawberry smoothie:

1 cup milk or milk substitute

1 (5.3-ounce) FAGE Total Blended Strawberry

3/4 cup strawberries, hulled

1 tablespoon agave or maple syrup

1 cup ice, optional

 

Blueberry smoothie:

1 cup milk or milk substitute

1 (5.3-ounce) FAGE Total Blended Blueberry

3/4 cup blueberry

1 tablespoon agave or maple syrup

1 cup ice, optional

 

Peach smoothie:

1 cup milk or milk substitute

1 (5.3-ounce) FAGE Total Blended Peach

1 peach, pitted and sliced

1 tablespoon agave or maple syrup

1 cup ice, optional

 

Cherry smoothie:

1 cup milk or milk substitute

1 (5.3-ounce) FAGE Total Blended Cherry

3/4 cup cherry, pitted

1 tablespoon agave or maple syrup

1 cup ice, optional

 

Vanilla smoothie:

1 cup milk or milk substitute

1 (5.3-ounce) FAGE Total Blended Vanilla

1 banana

1 tablespoon agave or maple syrup

1 cup ice, optional

 

Alternate smoothie using plain yogurt:

1 cup milk or milk substitute

1 cup FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%, or BestSelf Plain

1 cup fruit, like strawberries, peach, blueberry, or cherry

2 tablespoon agave or maple syrup

1 cup ice, optional

 

    Steps
  1. For each smoothie, combine milk, Greek yogurt, fruit, syrup and ice and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
