2 cups FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%, or BestSelf Plain, divided

¼ cup of milk or milk substitute

2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced

2 cups frozen red dragon fruit

3 tablespoons honey, or agave

 

Topping options:

Granola

Dragon fruit

Blackberries

    Steps
  1. Add one cup of Greek yogurt, milk, bananas, dragon fruit, and honey into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Divide the remaining cup of yogurt into four small parfait cups.
  3. Add dragon fruit smoothie mixture and garnish with granola, dragon fruit, and blackberries.
