Cucumber Mint Dip:
¼ cup cucumber, coarsely chopped
¾ cup FAGE Total 5%, FAGE Total 2% or FAGE Total 0%
1 tablespoon mint
1 tablespoon dill
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove
½ tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Farmer's Market Platter:
1 bunch purple radishes, washed and stems cut
1 bunch asparagus, washed and 1 inch of bottoms cut off
½ head of purple cauliflower, washed, cut into pieces
1 bunch sugar snap peas
2 watermelon-radishes, washed and sliced
1 purple carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
2 mini cucumbers, sliced diagonally
2 celery stalks, washed and cut into sticks

Steps
- Wash and prep vegetables. Arrange vegetables, nuts, and olives.
- Add all ingredients for Cucumber Mint Dip into a blender and mix until smooth. Serve in a bowl in the middle of the arranged tray.
