Farmer’s Market Entertainment Platter with Cucumber Mint Dip

Meet the dip that goes with pretty much everything! Light and zesty cucumber mint yogurt dip pairs perfectly with seasonal fruits and veggies.


Cucumber Mint Dip:

¼ cup cucumber, coarsely chopped

¾ cup FAGE Total 5%, FAGE Total 2% or FAGE Total 0%

1 tablespoon mint

1 tablespoon dill

1 tablespoon parsley

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 garlic clove

½ tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper


Farmer's Market Platter:

1 bunch purple radishes, washed and stems cut

1 bunch asparagus, washed and 1 inch of bottoms cut off

½ head of purple cauliflower, washed, cut into pieces

1 bunch sugar snap peas

2 watermelon-radishes, washed and sliced

1 purple carrots, peeled and cut into sticks

2 mini cucumbers, sliced diagonally

2 celery stalks, washed and cut into sticks




  1. Wash and prep vegetables. Arrange vegetables, nuts, and olives.
  2. Add all ingredients for Cucumber Mint Dip into a blender and mix until smooth. Serve in a bowl in the middle of the arranged tray.
