Juice of 1 lemon

1.9 pt of ready-made custard
2 tbsp mixed chopped nuts

Steps
- Mix the bananas with the lemon juice and place a few slices into the base of the serving glass.
- Blend the yogurt with the remaining sliced banana until smooth.
- Mix nuts into the custard.
- Layer the yogurt and custard mixture alternately.
- Decorate with cape gooseberries, banana slices and mint leaves.
