2 avocados, peeled and cubed
15.5 oz. can cooked chickpeas
2 limes, juiced
½ sprig fresh cilantro (or coriander), chopped
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
1 clove garlic
½ tsp cumin
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
