Ingredients
HERB-CRUSTED CHICKEN:
2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 pinch salt
Freshly ground black pepper
½ cup FAGE Total 5%, 2%, or 0%
2½ cups breadcrumbs
4 oz graviera or pecorino cheese, grated
1 sprig of each fresh thyme, oregano and rosemary
1 bunch of parsley
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
GARLIC SAUCE WITH FAGE TOTAL:
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1½ cups FAGE Total 5%, 2%, or 0%
1 pinch salt
1 lemon, juiced

HERB-CRUSTED CHICKEN:
Heat an oiled frying pan. Pan sear the chicken breasts on both sides, after seasoning them well with salt and pepper. Place seared chicken breasts in a baking dish and brush with FAGE Total, coating each breast on both sides. - Destem the oregano, thyme and rosemary, chop the parsley and place herbs in a small bowl. Add the grated cheese and breadcrumbs to the herbs and mix together, then bread both sides of the breasts with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Put the breasts on an oiled roasting pan and cook for about 20 minutes, depending on their size, in an oven preheated to 350°F.

GARLIC SAUCE WITH FAGE TOTAL:
Coat the garlic in olive oil and roast in the oven at 350°F for about 15 minutes. Put the roasted garlic, FAGE Total, lemon juice, olive oil and salt in a bowl and mix well to obtain a thick sauce. - Drizzle FAGE Total sauce over the chicken breasts before serving.
