Kale Salad with Yogurt Dressing

Pair this delicious, nutritious seasonal salad with homemade Greek yogurt dressing. It’s simple to prepare and ready in 10 minutes or less!


Yogurt Dressing:

½ cup FAGE Total 5%, FAGE Total 2% or FAGE Total 0%

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

¼ cup Dijon mustard

5 tablespoons lemon juice

4 tablespoons honey

1 clove garlic

Salt and pepper to taste


4 cups kale, cleaned, stems removed and torn into small pieces

1/2 small radicchio, torn into pieces

1 avocado, sliced

1 cup grape tomato, halved

2 blood oranges, peeled and sliced

1 orange, peeled and sliced

1-ounce feta cheese, crumble

  1. Add yogurt, olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper into a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Place kale into a large salad bowl, drizzle half of the dressing and toss together. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes to marinate kale.
  3. Top kale with radicchio, avocado, tomatoes, oranges, and feta before serving and add additional dressing as you please.
