Ingredients
Yogurt Dressing:
½ cup FAGE Total 5%, FAGE Total 2% or FAGE Total 0%
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup Dijon mustard
5 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons honey
1 clove garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Salad:
4 cups kale, cleaned, stems removed and torn into small pieces
1/2 small radicchio, torn into pieces
1 avocado, sliced
1 cup grape tomato, halved
2 blood oranges, peeled and sliced
1 orange, peeled and sliced
1-ounce feta cheese, crumble

Steps
- Add yogurt, olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Place kale into a large salad bowl, drizzle half of the dressing and toss together. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes to marinate kale.
- Top kale with radicchio, avocado, tomatoes, oranges, and feta before serving and add additional dressing as you please.
