Kiwi & Blueberry Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients

2 cups FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5% or FAGE BestSelf Plain or Vanilla

2 kiwis, peeled

½ cup blueberries

½ cup granola

Handful of grapes, cut in half (optional)

Edible flowers (optional)

    Steps
  1. Place 1 cup of Greek yogurt in each bowl.
  2. Slice peeled kiwi in half and slice each half into thin pieces. Repeat with the second kiwi.
  3. Roll the first piece into a tight circle and place it on a flat surface. Wrap the rest of the pieces of kiwi around the center piece to form “petals”. Keep adding pieces to the outer edges until you’ve reached your desired size of “rose”. Repeat to form other kiwi roses. Place the roses on top of the Greek yogurt.
  4. Divide blueberries, granola, grapes, and edible flowers among the two bowls and serve immediately.
