No-Bake Greek Yogurt Cheesecake

An easy, creamy dessert that’s lightened up and full of flavor.

Ingredients

2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup FAGE Total 5%, at room temperature

1/2 (14 oz) condensed milk

2 tablespoons lemon juice

 

Crust:

1 cup graham crackers, crushed

4 tablespoons butter, melted

 

Topping Suggestions:

Raspberries

Kiwi, sliced and quartered

Raspberry compote

Lemon zest

Strawberries, sliced

Blueberries

Mint leaves

    Steps
  1. Add cream cheese, yogurt, condensed milk and lemon juice to a food processor, pulse to combine well.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Spoon mixture into 8 cups and press down firmly in each cup. Top with cheesecake mixture.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and garnish with your favorite toppings.
