Papaya Bowls

Ingredients

1 medium papaya, cut in half and seeded

2 cups FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%, or BestSelf Plain

1 kiwi, peeled and cut in half

½ cup raspberries

1 star fruit, sliced

1 banana, sliced

Coconut flakes, toasted

Macadamia nuts (optional)

Mint, garnish (optional)

    Steps
  1. Spoon a cup of yogurt into each papaya half.
  2. Divide the kiwi, raspberries, star fruit, coconut flakes, macadamia nuts, and mint into each papaya bowl and serve immediately.
