Peach Crisp Parfait

A sweet spin on a delicious dessert. Take advantage of seasonal fresh peaches and raspberries, topped with lightly sweetened yogurt and granola for a decadent dessert with a crunch. 


2 peaches, pitted and cut into cubes

¼ cup sugar

2 cups FAGE Total 5%, FAGE Total 2% or FAGE Total 0%

¼ cup honey

2 cups granola

12 raspberries, garnish

  1. In a small bowl mix peaches and sugar and set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl add yogurt and honey and mix until well incorporated.
  3. In a parfait glass add about ¼ cup of peach mixture. Spoon ¼ cup of granola next then add ¼ cup of yogurt mixture. Repeat and finish off with yogurt and top with 3 raspberries and additional granola.
  4. Repeat 3 more times to make 4 parfaits.
