Pumpkin and Yogurt Layered Overnight Oats

A cozy fall breakfast consisting of overnight oats layered with creamy FAGE Total Greek yogurt, pumpkin, and cinnamon is a satisfying way to kick-start your day.

Ingredients

½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats

1 teaspoon chia seeds

2/3 cup milk

½ cup FAGE Total 5%, FAGE Total 2% or FAGE Total 0%

½ cup can pumpkin puree

Pinch of cinnamon

Pinch of nutmeg

    Steps
  1. Add ¼ cup of rolled oats, ½ teaspoon of chia seeds, and 1/3 cup of milk to the bottom of a container or jar.
  2. Add ¼ cup of pumpkin puree and a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg on top of oat mixture. Then add ¼ cup of yogurt on top of the pumpkin layer.
  3. Repeat with oats, chia seeds, and milk and top with pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, and yogurt.
  4. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 5 hours. Enjoy in the morning as is or with any additional toppings.
