½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 teaspoon chia seeds
2/3 cup milk
½ cup FAGE Total 5%, FAGE Total 2% or FAGE Total 0%
½ cup can pumpkin puree
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
- Add ¼ cup of rolled oats, ½ teaspoon of chia seeds, and 1/3 cup of milk to the bottom of a container or jar.
- Add ¼ cup of pumpkin puree and a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg on top of oat mixture. Then add ¼ cup of yogurt on top of the pumpkin layer.
- Repeat with oats, chia seeds, and milk and top with pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, and yogurt.
- Refrigerate overnight or for at least 5 hours. Enjoy in the morning as is or with any additional toppings.
