1 medium purple sweet potato, peeled and cut into cubes
1 cup FAGE Total 5%, FAGE Total 2% or FAGE Total 0%
1 tablespoon honey
- Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil. Add sweet potato and cook for 20 minutes or until sweet potato is tender. Drain and mash sweet potato with a potato masher.
- Add Greek yogurt and honey to the sweet potato mash and mix until well combined.
- Serve sweet potato mixture into a bowl and top with blackberries, plums, raspberries, and hemp seeds.
