Savory Greens Yogurt Bowl

This yogurt bowl is loaded with green, leafy goodness. FAGE Total Greek yogurt provides a  creamy canvas for fresh, flavorful ingredients to shine.

Ingredients

2 cups FAGE Total 5%, FAGE Total 2% or FAGE Total 0%

1 cup cooked, shelled edamame

1 avocado, halved, pitted and thinly sliced

½ cup cooked quinoa

½ cup baby spinach

½ mini seedless cucumber, thinly sliced

Red pepper flakes (optional), to taste

    Steps
  1. Spoon 1 cup of Greek yogurt into 2 separate bowls. Divide the rest of the ingredients into each bowl and serve immediately.
