1 large sweet potato, wash and dried

Toppings:

Cucumber

Raspberries

Red pepper flakes

Steps

Slice sweet potato into 1/4 inch long vertical slices.
Turn toaster temperature to high and toast sweet potato until tender (may take up to 12-15 minutes per batch).
Top with your favorite toppings like Fage Greek Yogurt with tomato, basil, salt and pepper, cucumber with red pepper flakes or raspberries.
