Tiramisu Parfait

4 cups FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%, or BestSelf Plain

5 tablespoons agave or maple syrup, divided

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

12 ladyfingers, chopped into 1-inch cubes

½ cup cold espresso or cold brewed coffee

Cocoa powder

Chocolate shavings, optional

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, 4 tablespoons of agave, and vanilla extract. Set aside in the refrigerator.
  2. In a medium bowl, place ladyfingers, coffee, and 1 tablespoon of agave. Let it soak for about 5 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Add a single layer of ladyfingers to the bottom of a parfait glass. Top with yogurt mixture and a light dusting of cocoa powder. Repeat the process, finishing off with yogurt, cocoa dusting, and chocolate shavings.
  4. Chill until ready to serve.
