Ingredients
1 cup fresh pineapple, small chunks
1 cup fresh mango, small chunks
1 passion fruit
Yogurt Filling:
17.5-oz container FAGE Total 5%, 2%, or 0%
3 tbsp honey
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp ground cardamom
2 parfait glasses or large drinking glasses
¼ cup natural coconut flakes, lightly toasted

Steps
- Peel and cut the fresh pineapple and fresh mango into small chunks. Set aside.

Coconut flakes:
In a toaster oven, place coconut flakes on a small baking sheet. Toast for 5-10 minutes, or until the coconut is lightly browned. -
Yogurt Filling:
Stir the FAGE Total, honey, vanilla extract and ground cardamom together until combined. Spoon approximately ¼ cup of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of each parfait glass. - Divide the pineapple equally between both glasses.
- Add another ¼ cup layer of yogurt filling to each glass.
- Divide the mango equally into the glasses.
- Add another ¼ cup layer of yogurt filling to each glass.
- Cut the passion fruit in half. Use a small spoon to scoop out each half of the fruit into each glass.
- Add another ¼ cup layer of yogurt filling to each glass.
- Divide the coconut flakes on top of each glass and serve.
