2 cups self-rising flour, with extra for dusting
2 cup FAGE Total 5%, FAGE Total 2% or FAGE Total 0%, room temperature
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix the flour and yogurt in a large bowl until a dough starts to form. Lightly dust flour on your work surface or baking sheet and knead the dough until it is smooth, using additional flour if necessary. Roll dough into a ball and use a rolling pin to roll out into a pizza crust.
- Dust baking sheet with flour and place dough on top. Top the dough with your favorite toppings, leaving a half-inch border around the edge. Bake for 8-10 minutes until crust is golden brown. Cool for 3-4 minutes before serving.
