Winter Citrus Smoothie Swirl

Ingredients

1 small raw beet, thoroughly washed and cut in quarters

1 cup frozen raspberries

½ cup pomegranate juice

2 tablespoons honey, maple syrup, or agave

1 cup frozen mango chunks

2 Cara Cara oranges, grapefruit, or blood orange, peeled and halved

½ cup FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%, or BestSelf Plain, divided

¾ cup orange juice

2 teaspoons ground ginger

½ teaspoon ground turmeric

    Steps
  1. Add the beet, raspberries, pomegranate juice and, honey to the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 large glasses.
  3. Clean the blender and add mango, Cara Cara oranges, yogurt, orange juice, ginger, turmeric, and blend until smooth.
  4. Top the 2 glasses with the mango smoothie and swirl the drink around with a spoon.
