Yogurt & Aperol-Infused Orange Parfait

Moist pound cake paired with creamy FAGE Total Greek yogurt, oranges, Aperol aperitif, and pecans make for a deliciously decadent dessert.


1 cup FAGE Total 5%, FAGE Total 2% or FAGE Total 0%

2 tablespoons of honey

11-ounce can mandarin oranges

½ cup Aperol (Optional)

2 slices lemon pound cake, diced

2 tablespoons pecans, chopped

  1. In a small bowl, add Greek yogurt and honey and mix well. Set aside.
  2. Place half the can of mandarin oranges (leave 2 segments for garnish) with ¼ cup of Aperol into a cup or mug.
  3. Divide pound cake and Greek yogurt per cup and garnish with mandarin segment and pecans..
