½ cup milk
2 tablespoons chia seeds
3 tablespoons maple syrup
½ mango, peeled, pitted and diced
½ cup raspberries
¼ cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
- In a medium size bowl, mix 1 cup Greek yogurt, milk, chia seeds and maple syrup until well combined.
- Let yogurt mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to chill.
- Remove bowl from fridge and divide yogurt mixture into 2 glasses. Add mango, raspberries and walnuts. Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
